How scoring works. Every metro is graded 0โ100 on five pillars. Your weights decide how much
each counts toward the headline LiveWhere Score โ raise a slider to reward it, drop it to 0 to ignore it.
โ Climate โ low disaster risk (flood, wildfire, hurricane, quake, heat). Higher = safer.
โ Affordability โ home prices & rent vs. local incomes. Higher = cheaper for locals.
โ Momentum โ people & jobs moving in, wage growth. Higher = rising.
โ Resilience โ grid & water headroom; penalized by heavy data-center load. Higher = sturdier.
โ Trending โ relocation buzz in news & social. Off by default; raise it to chase what's hot.
